Oh dear

I had forgotten all about this blog.

As is the way, I have completed about 60% of the scots for otterburn, then got distracted by more shiney things.

I probably have to take some pictures to prove this..........

Then a new project begins.

And so it begins......

It's been a while since I did this blogging malarkey. Those in the know, know why.  This blog is what it is. A bloke taking pleasure in a few metal figures. Painting and photographing them, because that sort of thing floats his boat.

These figures are from the nice chaps at Claymore Castings http://www.claymorecastings.co.uk/ run by Mr Dave Imrie and  Paintyman Andrew Taylor.

 

 

The impulse buy of the first unit of figures was mostly due to this particular leader figure, painted by the talented Mr Taylor:

 

My painted version of the above figure will follow in a few days once I finish the command stand he is on. Whilst apportioning blame for this sudden urge to start yet another project....one I had never, ever considered before Claymore  Castings arrived on the scene.....a certain Mr Roy must stand accused.
